There is no fee for viewing apartments. If you are interested in acquiring an apartment there is a $35 application fee (for the credit and background checks). Our rentals require first month, last month and a security deposit equal to one month (plus any pet fee if applicable).

We will protect all information collected about you, and restrict access to your nonpublic personal information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. We will restrict access to protected data only to individuals who must use it in the performance of their job-related duties. Employees who violate our privacy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination.
